picture quality!
Hello support,
I'm quite disappointed with the very very.. poor picture quality of the dvd! (all of them) I do like Tony Sanches yoga ( I've used it before and the picture quality was great).
However, the picture quality of all the DVDies that I purchased are extremely poor, I'd like to receive a better quality DVD or refund.

Comprehensive
The video is well done and easy to follow. You get to see variations in Sanchez's practice and in that of the other two participants. It's very comprehensive. Sanchez certainly knows his stuff and while the video is somewhat slow, it does show focus of breath, body and movement.
Wonderful series of asanas
This is a great beginner series of asanas that leaves me in a state of relaxation. The narrators voice is not annoying to listen to like many videos, and the scenery is very minimalist which is nice. I don't like all these videos set in Hawaii or the Sahara or some such crazyness. Just black back drop, ambiant music, good narration, and good asanas.
