Stott Fitness Circle Workout
I completely agree with all the 5-star reviewers here in that Moira put together an effective, thorough and very useful fitness circle workout. I used this DVD for the first time this morning, and I felt it was 40 minutes well spent. She used the fitness circle in a myriad of ways, to pulse together working the pecs (half time then double time while lifting the knee out front to work on balancing), and then placed between the knees for pulsing in various exercises thus tightening the inner thighs. Yes, she talks quite a bit, but her careful instruction covers the entire body, not just the parts that are working. She always ties in how movement in one part of the body affects another area, which to me, is extremely helpful and helps to prevent injury. Excellent DVD, everything from warm up to workout was so well instructed & easy to follow. Great flow & such good examinations of muscles used & why ? Stott Pilates us by far the best pilates .

This DVD takes you to the next level of the Magic Circle. It is challenging and takes you to the next level after you have mastered pilates mat work. You cannot go wrong with any Stott DVD's. Educational for both the instructors and the general population.
